STEAMED PUMPKIN FRIES
Ingredients:
Pumpkin, half
Salt
Black pepper
Mixed herbs
What to do:
1. Cut your pumpkin into fries-shaped sizes. Remove any edges and corners (triangular parts) and maintain the classic rectangular fries shape.
2. Boil water in a pot, arrange your fries in a steamer basket (or use the bigger steamer if you have plenty to steam). Steam for 5-7 minutes depending on how soft you want it.
3. Remove from steam. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and herbs and serve!
