RISOTTO-STYLE CHILI FLAKE RICE

You need:
Olive oil
1 1/2 bowls, cooked rice (fried, steamed, any leftover will do)
1 Egg
Half a handful of salted vegetable
1 cube, Chicken stock
Chili flakes

What to do:
1. Mix 1 chicken stock cube with 1 mug of hot water and stir until dissolved. Place into pot, add your stock and salted vegetable together and simmer on low heat. You can always add in more water as you wish.
2. In another pot, add in olive oil and egg. Scramble the egg until it is completely scrambled. Add in rice and fry it up for a minute or so. Stir so the egg mixes with the rice.
3. Add in your chicken and salted vege stock to the rice. Simmer until the stock has reduced and is soaked in the rice.
4. Sprinkle as much chili flakes as you fancy!

Your rice should be moist and sticky,
